Meaning/Explanation- To live a good life, it is very important to have a good intellect because it helps us in deciding what is right or wrong in life. Without intellect, a person can't take the right decisions; therefore, he commits many mistakes which adversely affect him and people around him. Therefore, Chanakya has advised to stay away from such people and compared them with devils.
